Group Fitness

All ages. All fitness levels. All abilities. All welcome. Join one of our Group Fitness classes to work on your strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination and meet others just like you.

Our classes

  • Les Mills - Bringing together great music, great moves and great instructors to create life changing fitness powered by science. Join our pre-choreographed classes ranging from BODYPUMP to BODYBALANCE and be inspired to become your best. 
  • Mind Body - Our Mind Body classes are designed to give you a workout and a sense of total well-being. Mind Body exercises can help reduce your stress levels and improve posture, balance and flexibility
  • Dance - Improve your cardio fitness with one of our fast-paced dance inspired routines. Exercise to the rhythm of the music in an insanely addictive group class, featuring fun, yet sassy dance moves, all set to the finest playlist.
  • Boxing - A high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work mixed with weight training and conditioning. Jab, cross, uppercut and hook your way in to shape.
  • Freestyle classes - Take part in one of our various instructor designed group classes catering for all fitness levels and styles. No matter your goals, we have a session suitable for you.
  • Small Group Training - If smaller groups are your thing, we run training that will bring out the best in you. Taking place in our functional zone, sessions incorporate strength, cardio, functional and body weight training, delivered in a range of different formats. HIIT, Tabata, Circuit, AMRAPS and more, we have it all covered.

PrYme Movers

As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. That’s why we offer tailored exercise programs for people over 50. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength.

Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. That’s what we call active ageing.

Start your wellness journey early and get on the right track for a healthy life. Build strength, fitness, flexibility and – importantly – confidence and social skills. Eligible teens (12–15 years) can access our gym during designated timeslots. All teens need to book an assessment with our qualified trainers for an induction. At this appointment, the trainer will give feedback on:

  • Whether the person is suitable to use our gym outside of the designated hours
  • Whether parental supervision is needed

Once we have decided if someone is suitable, we will provide a personalised training program. Our iTeens classes are for teens aged 12–15.

Synchronize your device with one click and monitor your profile on the screen to track your heartbeat and follow the timer to optimise work and rest periods. Receive immediate feedback and results from your workout after the session
