Help your child to become comfortable and confident in and around the water in our Splish Splash Aqua Playgroup at Stromlo Leisure Centre! We believe in creating safe, enjoyable, lifelong connections to water. The Splish Splash Aqua Playgroup is a wonderful way for babies and their parents or carers to develop positive connections in a supportive social environment.
Sessions are designed for babies aged between 3 – 6 months, catering for infant participants attending with their parents or carers. Sessions are flexible and dynamic, designed with you and your baby in mind.
We understand that your first playgroup session can be slightly daunting, but with a fully trained and accredited swim teacher present at all times, you can relax and enjoy safe and rewarding aquatic experiences with your baby.

Program Benefits
Introduce the water and aquatic environment to your baby from as early as 3 months. A fully qualified infant swim teacher will lead your playgroup through activities focused on water education for you as a parent and water familiarisation for your baby.
Splish Splash Aqua Playgroup support building a routine when visiting the pool and makes the transition into swimming lessons easier for both parent and baby.
Book your Splish Splash classes via Active World
Are you looking to book for a splish splash session via your membership app Active World? Follow the steps below:
1. After downloading the Active World App and creating an account, login with your user details.
2. Select "Book Weekly Lesson" from your Home Page..
3. Select your child and desired splish splash session to book the class.
4. Confirm your payment details, read the Terms and Conditions, and select Confirm Booking. (Not for members)
You will now be able to view your booked class in My Schedule, from where you can view class details or notify your absence. Now you’re ready to get active with us!
