To book and manage your group fitness classes, please download our Fitness App.

Please note: Advance bookings are not required for gym floor or recreational swimming.  

Group Fitness Classes

Members are required to book online for group fitness classes, this can be done via the Y NSW App. Classes can be booked 3 days in advance, and bookings can be cancelled should your plans change.

Casual bookings for group fitness classes can be made by contacting your local Centre.

Booking Pool Entry

Members and Non-Members are required to book online for pool entry to secure their spot. This will enable us to follow and manage strict capacity limits.

Bookings are available 2 days in advance up until 6:59am. From 7:00am, bookings for an additional day in advance are released.

Opening Hours View opening hours
Monday - Friday 5.30am to 9.30pm
Saturday - Sunday 7am to 7.30pm
Saturdays and Sundays (Dec - Jan) Please note that all weekends through the rest of December and January will have opening hours of 8am -6pm. This schedule will revert back to normal opening hours on the 1st February 2022
Public Holidays 8am to 6pm
